Today I to let you know that the Diet Cookies are really working. I have been having one in the afternoon with a bottle of water and one in the evening. At dinner time now I am noticing that I am just too full to eat much. I have only been eating about a half of what I used to eat at dinner. Pretty cool. I have also noticed the extra energy from the diet cookies and the effects of the fiber. The cookie in the evening is controlling my hunger, when I used to go and raid the frig. I am impressed so far.
Now I have to train my self to only do food shopping in the outside perimeter aisle. You know, fruit, veggies, meats and poultry etc. All of the processed foods are in the inside aisles. Sunday when I went Food Shopping, the Girl Scouts, had there table set up and were selling "Girl Scout Cookies". At that moment I forgot my diet and bought a box of "thin mints"my favorite girl scout cookies. Later in the evening when I found my self munching on them like there was no tomorrow, I realized what I was doing. No more!!!! No more sweets of any kind are allowed in this house until I loose that weight. And no more processed foods.
Spring is right around the corner, about 5 more weeks here in New England. My goal is to loose 2 pounds per week during that time, by just eating the diet cookies and staying away from the processed stuff. If the weather holds up I will do some walking but that is just to be in shape for the spring no really for loosing weight but I am sure it will help some.
