Time to loose some of that "winter weight".


If you never had to go on a diet again, would that be okay?

Well, I felt the same way about diets. Diets interfere with my eating. I can't schedule time for the gym, I don't like to count calories, Diet foods have no taste and are watered down and they don't work. So, I needed a new diet strategy and find a diet program that would allow me to eat, what ever I wanted and still loose weight.

I got figuring.....I need something nutritious, to fill me up between meals, but still allows me to eat what ever I want, so I went looking for what was available.

You know how a lot of people eat those Diet Cookies, you see in all of the ads these days and are interested in natural health?

Well I found this online website, that has a really cool diet cookie, and it comes in 2 flavors, chocolate chip and oatmeal. Dieters love eating these to manage their weight, they have lots of fiber, provides lots of energy, are loaded with vitamins. I found out you can buy these online from them and get a couple of boxes sent right to your door every month. I don't even have to go out to the store to get them, how cool is that.

If I eat a cookie instead of a donut for those mid morning munches, then, I won't over eat at lunch. If I grab one for that late afternoon hunger attack instead of something out of the vending machine, then, I won't eat as much at dinner time.

So I got thinking, what is going to be easier?

Going on one of those boring, horrible tasting diets, counting calories at every meal, working up a sweat at the gym every week.

Or, going online, ordering 2 boxes of diet cookies to be shipped to me monthly, having them delivered right to my door, and eating cookies between meals to loose weight.

So, What do you think ?
